It’s a long time coming, but the second album from California power-poppers Rooney (led by Robert–brother of Jason–Schwartzman) finally arrived in stores last week. While some critics found the Weezer-esque tunes perfect summer music, others wouldn’t have enjoyed the album in any season or weather conditions.
